--- title: Travel Blog, Cruise Review, News, Destination Tip | Alex Schwager description: Alex Schwager's passion for the travel industry started at the age of 11 while doing a transatlantic cruise from New York to Southampton on board Queen Elizabeth 2 (QE2). Later he worked for Princess Cruises onboard the Sun Princess and Coral Princess as a Purser. Alex then worked for MSC Cruise onshore between 2010 and 2016. When not writing articles or driving Hupla, Alex can be found running the trail or enjoying a Crossfit WOD. --- - ** [hello@hupla.co](mailto:{{item.email}}) [Close ** ](https://www.hupla.co/en/blog/author/alex-schwager#) - ** [hello@hupla.co](mailto:{{item.email}}) [ Search Cruises ](https://www.hupla.co/en/cruises/filter) # Hupla Cruise Travel Blog Unpacking the myths of choosing your Cruise Holiday, the Perfect Destinations and resources to make informed cruise travel decisions in general Categories :- All Cruising 101 MSC Cruises COVID Destination Explora Journeys MSC Musica Alaska Aurora Expedition Birdlife SA Cabins Caribbean Embarkation MSC Lirica MSC Orchestra Marion Island Mozambique NCL Ocean Cay Private Island Voyager's Club --- ## Posts by Alex Schwager: [![MSC Cruises Parking at Durban Harbour Guide: What You Need to Know-featured](https://www.hupla.co/hs-fs/hubfs/content/.blog/Rendering%20of%20the%20new%20Durban%20Cruise%20Terminal.jpg?length=400&name=Rendering%20of%20the%20new%20Durban%20Cruise%20Terminal.jpg) ](https://www.hupla.co/en/blog/msc-cruises-parking-at-durban-harbour-guide-what-you-need-to-know) 4 Min Read ## [MSC Cruises Parking at Durban Harbour Guide: What You Need to KnowMSC Cruises Parking at Durban Harbour Guide: What You Need to Know ](https://www.hupla.co/en/blog/msc-cruises-parking-at-durban-harbour-guide-what-you-need-to-know) The car parking rates at N-Shed Durban Cruise Terminal, when travelling on an MSC Cruises, will be ZAR 140 per car, per... ![Alex Schwager-image](https://www.hupla.co/hubfs/content/team/crew/Alexandre%20Schwager%20-%20Founder%20of%20Hupla.png) Alex Schwager Sep 08, 2025 [ Read More ** Click to view blog post ](https://www.hupla.co/en/blog/msc-cruises-parking-at-durban-harbour-guide-what-you-need-to-know) [![Unlocking the Benefits of MSC Voyagers Club: Your Ultimate Guide-featured](https://www.hupla.co/hubfs/voyages-selection.avif) ](https://www.hupla.co/en/blog/msc-cruises/msc-voyagers-club) 8 Min Read ## [Unlocking the Benefits of MSC Voyagers Club: Your Ultimate GuideUnlocking the Benefits of MSC Voyagers Club: Your Ultimate Guide ](https://www.hupla.co/en/blog/msc-cruises/msc-voyagers-club) Welcome to MSC Voyagers Club, the loyalty program that turns your love for MSC Cruises into fantastic rewards.
