Can I find a bathroom and food at the cruise terminal?

Yes - you will find a bathroom and often food in the terminal

Cruise terminals will usually have a bathroom (often a disability bathroom as well) for passenger use. Most cruise lines will offer refreshments in the terminal such as coffee, juice or cookies. Some terminals will even have some restaurants or takeaways where you can purchase foods. 

Regardless of the cruise line and the terminal, you will always find food and drinks while aboard the ship!
