Do all the ships have Art Auctions aboard?

The majority of the American cruise lines provide Art Auctions aboard their ships.

The Art Auctioneer will entice you to participate with free drinks and if you are lucky, some free snacks.

It is a very well-oiled show designed to play on the naivety and emotions of passengers. That said, however, it is a great show to watch. 

There are some mixed reviews on the quality & price of the art on-board - some call it fake while many others had a great experience in purchasing rare pieces.

Just ask yourself: is it worth the extra 50%?
