MSC Cruises has announced this morning that it will further extend its temporary pause for its U.S. based sailings through to and including 30 April 2021, following a press release.

Three ships will be affected by this decision:

  • MSC Armonia - sailing from Port Miami
  • MSC Divina - sailing from Port Canaveral
  • MSC Meraviglia - sailing from Port Miami

As per the Terms and Conditions of MSC Cruises USA, all passengers booked through MSC Cruises USA or a US based travel agent, will be offered a 125% FCC (Future Cruise Credit) to be used on any future cruise. These can be redeemed on any itinerary and any ships that are open for sale. Passengers can also request a refund.

For any passengers that have booked through a non US based agent or any other MSC Cruises office, please contact your booking agent for further information.

In the Mediterranean on the other hand, the MSC Grandiosa has started sailing on the 24 January 2021 with an itinerary departing from Genoa, calling in Civitavecchia, Naples, Palermo and Valetta.

The MSC Magnifica is expecting to resume operations on the 14 of March 2021.
